ESD Anti Static Mat (Anti Static Rubber Sheet) in Pakistan

2-layer ESD anti static rubber mat, imported by A.Q TRADERS, for electronics workbenches, repair counters and assembly lines. A static dissipative top layer (10⁶ to 10⁹ Ω) over a conductive black bottom layer (10³ to 10⁵ Ω) drains static safely in under 0.1 seconds. 2 mm thick, in 1 m × 10 m (3.3 × 33 ft) rolls, in green and grey, heat and solder resistant. Buy a full roll, by the metre or cut to your table size, with delivery to every city in Pakistan.

  • 2-layer ESD rubber
  • 10⁶–10⁹ Ω top surface
  • Static decay under 0.1 s
  • Solder resistant
  • Green and grey
  • 1 m × 10 m rolls, 2 mm

What is an ESD anti static mat?

An ESD mat, also called an anti static mat or anti static rubber sheet, is a work surface that protects electronic parts from static electricity. ESD stands for electrostatic discharge: the small spark you sometimes feel when you touch metal. A spark too small to feel can still damage chips, circuit boards and mobile phone parts. An ESD mat drains static away slowly and safely to earth, so parts placed on it, and the hands working on them, stay at the same safe level.

Our mat has two layers. The coloured top layer is static dissipative, so it slows the charge down and avoids a sudden spark. The black bottom layer is conductive and carries the charge to the earth point. Connected to earth with a grounding cord, it turns any workbench into a static-safe workstation.

ESD anti static mats are available in Pakistan from A.Q TRADERS in Karachi, in green and grey. We import our mats ourselves, so there are no middlemen: you get consistent, high-quality ESD mats at competitive rates, from a single table length to full rolls.

Benefits of ESD anti static mat

  • Protects electronics from static: drains static charge safely, so chips, boards and components are not damaged while you work.
  • Fast, safe discharge: static decays in under 0.1 seconds, through a dissipative surface that avoids sudden sparks.
  • Takes soldering heat: heat and solder resistant, so a hot iron or dropped solder will not melt it.
  • Resists flux and cleaners: handles flux, solvents, alcohol and mild oils used on electronics benches.
  • Comfortable work surface: 2 mm rubber cushions parts and tools and stops small parts sliding.
  • Cut to your bench: sold by the roll or cut to the size of your table or counter.

Mobile and laptop repair

Repair counters and benches in mobile, laptop and computer shops.

Electronics assembly

Assembly lines and workstations in electronics and appliance factories.

Soldering and PCB work

Soldering stations and circuit board rework, where heat and static meet.

Labs and testing

Test benches in R&D, quality control and university labs.

Telecom and IT rooms

Workbenches in server rooms, telecom sites and IT service centres.

Storage and packing

Shelves and packing tables where electronic parts are stored and handled.

ESD anti static mat price in Pakistan

Because we import directly, our ESD mat rates stay competitive. Rates depend on the colour, the length or number of rolls, and current import costs, which move with the dollar rate. ESD anti static mat questions

What is the price of ESD anti static mat in Pakistan?

It depends on the colour, length and quantity. We quote per roll, per metre or cut to your table size. Send us those details on WhatsApp and we’ll give you today’s rate.

Are an ESD mat and an anti static mat the same?

Yes. ESD mat, anti static mat, anti static rubber sheet and ESD table mat are names for the same product: a mat that drains static safely to protect electronic parts.

ESD mat or electrical insulating mat: what is the difference?

They do opposite jobs. An ESD mat is slightly conductive, so it drains static away to protect electronic parts on a workbench. An electrical insulating mat blocks current, to protect people standing in front of high-voltage electrical panels. Never use an ESD mat in front of an electrical panel.

Which side of the ESD mat goes up?

The coloured side (green or grey) goes up as the work surface. The black side goes down on the table. The coloured top layer is dissipative and the black bottom layer is conductive.

Does an ESD mat need to be grounded?

Yes. An ESD mat only works when it is connected to earth, usually with a grounding cord and snap fitted to the mat and connected to a proper earth point. Workers should also wear a grounded wrist strap.

Can I solder on an ESD mat?

Yes. Our mat is heat and solder resistant, so a hot soldering iron or dropped solder will not melt it. Keep the iron in its stand when not in use.

How do I clean an ESD mat?

Wipe it with a damp cloth or an ESD mat cleaner. It is resistant to flux, solvents, alcohol and mild oils. Avoid wax or polish, as they leave an insulating layer on the surface.

Can you cut the mat to my table size?

Yes. We sell ESD mats as full 1 m × 10 m rolls, by the metre, or cut to the size of your table or counter. There is no minimum order.

Do you deliver ESD mats outside Karachi?

Yes. We deliver to every city in Pakistan. Most orders reach Lahore and Islamabad in 2 to 3 days.
