Can you make a gasket from my old gasket?
Yes. Bring or send us the old gasket and we will cut a new one to match. If you cannot send it, send a clear photo of it next to a measuring tape, with the main measurements written down.
What measurements do you need for a flange gasket?
The inside diameter, outside diameter, number of bolt holes, bolt hole size, bolt circle diameter (PCD) and the thickness. If you know the pipe size and flange standard, send that too.
What is the difference between a full face and a ring flange gasket?
A full face gasket covers the whole flange, including the bolt holes. A ring gasket, also called a raised face gasket, is a ring that fits inside the bolts. Use the type that matches your flange.
Which rubber is best for gaskets?
It depends on what the gasket seals: nitrile for oil and fuel, EPDM for hot water, steam and outdoors, silicone for high heat and food, SBR for water and air, and neoprene as an all-rounder. See the table above, or ask us.
What thickness should a rubber gasket be?
3 mm is the most common thickness for flange and pump gaskets. Use 1 to 2 mm for thin covers and washers, and 5 to 6 mm where surfaces are uneven. For high-pressure joints, use cloth insertion sheet.
Is there a minimum order for gaskets?
No. We cut a single replacement gasket or bulk quantities for production. Send us the quantity and we will confirm the rate and delivery time.
Do you deliver rubber gaskets outside Karachi?
